Incentive programs: Order comp tickets for special events, for GHN Employee of the Month, for Special client FAMs, OPE Quarterly Tickets, Destination Sales Incentive Winners and miscellaneous clients’ requests approved by Sales Director. Books room nights for client incentive winners and special client requests approved by Management. Prepare Certificates for program winners, auctions and special events. Answer incoming calls to Destination Sales. Assist callers by solving problems efficiently, serving as communication central for department. Assist Sales Management and coordinators with calendars, communications with client base, ticket requests, e-mail distribution and as needed. • Administer data base of clients’ user ids in to ensure that clients can check the updated ticket codes and prices. Manage paper and electronic information storage and retrieval to ensure proper use of shared drive. Collect, submit data to Leader for final input and approval and distribute bi-weekly reports.
