Entrepreneur - Baby Town CR
Personal project, in which I developed an online store focused on the "mom and baby" business branch. Participated in different local fairs (Expokids, Expo Mamá & Bebé, Bebé Momentum) which positioned the store among the target and created contact networks that allowed me to place the brand in three different points of sale. Coordinated the brand's image and the develop the website, which has payment integration with Banco Nacional de Costa Rica, as well as created profiles on Facebook (more than 6,000 likes) and Instagram (more than 1,500 followers). I implemented the processes for the selection of international suppliers and the import method in conjunction with the freight forwarder from the United States to Costa Rica.

Led and coordinated events in 13 Latin American countries for the promotion and sales of the Executive Education unit, which has 45 programs focused on Leadership, Entrepreneurship, General Management, Finance, Strategy, among others. Developed and implemented at a Latin American level the media mix to reach the target effectively. Within the digital area, I coordinated different positioning and image campaigns for the Executive Education programs. I carried out market studies in which I analyzed in detail the competition to define new business opportunities and enrollment of new participants.

Organized all of the annual activities for the Institution, from the creation of the concept, theme, development of graphic materials, invitations, coordination with suppliers, distribution of responsibilities of the teaching and administrative staff, to serve as a Host. Some events: Welcome Back to School, Ex Alumni Day, Family Fair, Parent's Special Day, Talent Show, Graduations, End of the Year Internal Party. I achieved 100% retention of the regular students between the 2015 - 2016 school period. Besides, I enrolled in an average of 5 new students in each of the Preschool and First Cycle levels. Developed and launched a new media mix, which boosted the enrollment and gave greater visibility to the institution within its geographical scope. On a digital level, I reordered the website and social media, which allowed the School to improve their relations and response time to potential clients.
Llorente & Cuenca
Grupo Corporativo Ricardo Pérez S.A. (Toyota, Lexus, Daihatsu, Tambor and Used Cars) Launch four new car models in the Panamanian market; these events achieved publicity in all the media related to the automobile sector. I also coordinated the media coverage for all Corporate Social Responsibility programs (more than six programs focused on security, education, recycling, among others). I position the company's Board of Directors as opinion leaders according to their area of expertise. Llorente y Cuenca Institucional I coordinated, compiled and wrote the Annual Report of the Agency, this document describes the achievements reached during the year by all of the 17 offices that the company has. Internally I positioned the "d + i" magazine Desarrollando Ideas Llorente & Cuenca, which in coordination with the most experienced clients, analyzes each of its business areas and proposes new communication opportunities and improvements.
